Data Acquisition: The Ultimate Driver Development Tool
Whether you are an experienced racer or an up-and-coming talent, data acquisition can help optimize your racecar. Fully understanding what your car is actually doing on the racetrack will ensure that you are making the correct changes. With respect to Driver Development, the driver can see their steering, throttle, and brake inputs and compare from lap-to-lap. Compare their driving traces to an experienced driver and find differences in steering input, braking zone position and pressure, and throttle position and location of throttle application. We can shorten your learning curve.
Data Acquisition Rental:
- $1,300 for 1 day for Base Package + Travel expenses
- $500 each additional day
- Includes system installation and tear-down
- Wes Burton will be at the track helping you understand the data and running the system
- Base Package includes 4 Shock/Wheel travel sensors, steering position, throttle position, brake pressure, lateral/longitudinal acceleration, lap times, and RPM
- Customer is responsible for damage to sensors
